Chanelle Price has done it again.

The Easton Area High School track star today advanced to the finals of the International Association of Athletics Federations' World Youth Track and Field Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Price finished second in one of three 800-meter semifinal races with a time of 2 minutes, 4.34 seconds -- second best overall. The top two finishers in each of the three heats and the two other fastest times qualified for the finals to be held Sunday.

Price, without dispute, has been the best scholastic 800-meter runner in the U.S. over the past 12 months. A spectacular outdoor season already in her rear-view mirror, Price is already in the midst of a busy summer where she'll be competing in six national or international competitions, including the IAAF youth championships.
